The PPP Lab is an initiative that brings together universities, government offices, and private investors to advance the practice and shape deals for Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects.
Our mission is to drive innovation, mobilize resources, and promote projects that directly contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Inspired by the Harvard Government Performance Lab program, the PPP Lab believes in the power of collaboration to create public value. By partnering with universities and government agencies, we create a unique ecosystem where knowledge meets action. Our approach includes:
Capacity Building: We provide training and resources to enhance the PPP capabilities of government officials and university students, fostering the next generation of PPP experts.
Deal Facilitation: We facilitate PPP project development and match stakeholders, ensuring a seamless flow of sustainable development projects.
Research and Advocacy: We conduct research and advocate for PPP policies that align with the SDGs.
Expertise: We bring experience and knowledge to PPP projects, helping them succeed.
Global Network: Access a network of universities, government agencies, and private sector partners.
Impact-Driven: Our projects aim towards making a positive impact on the SDGs.
